We would be happy to have you on board, shaping a sustainable future together! With the aim of an effective support for a rapid growth, GEM motors invites a new SALES MANAGER (M/F) in our team.

PURPOSE: An ideal candidate will have a leading role in building sales potentials and achieving targeted revenue

 

MISSION:

  • management and coordination of required activities and resources to achieve sales goals on the global market
  • preparation and implementation of sales strategies, market analysis and management/upgrade of the comprehensive customer database
  • development of sales channels
  • management of customer care/sales transactions
  • assessment of organizational sales structure, compensation plan, sales training and development, sales planning process and reporting systems for improvement of performance
  • design and preparation of promotional materials (brochures, presentations, graphics, etc.)
  • managing campaigns and writing contents and posts (news, articles)
  • preparation of marketing materials, proposals and implementation of promotional activities

 

WE BELIEVE THAT:

  • you have at least a university degree, preferably in the technical field and/or MBA (or confirmed 3 years of experience in similar posts)
  • you have experience in the field of international sales in the B2B segment
  • you are knowledgeable about the automotive industry (customers, competitors, existing projects)
  • you have management skills and excellent communication skills, the ability of networking and connectivity
  • you use MS Office, CRM
  • you are fluent in English (knowledge of at least one other foreign language is desirable)
  • you are innovative, reliable and enjoy working in sales
